Your day begins with an early pickup from your hotel or riad in Marrakech. Settle into your private, air-conditioned vehicle and travel north toward Casablanca, enjoying the changing landscapes along the route. Because the journey takes approximately three hours each way, an early start helps you make the most of your time in the city.
Your first major stop is the impressive Hassan II Mosque, one of Casablanca’s most recognizable landmarks. Set beside the Atlantic Ocean, the mosque is renowned for its towering minaret and detailed Moroccan craftsmanship, including carved wood, marble, zellige tilework, and decorative plaster. If you wish to explore the interior, you can join the mosque’s official guided visit, subject to the day’s visiting schedule and ticket availability.
Continue to the Atlantic Corniche, where the city meets the ocean. Enjoy time for photographs, a seaside walk, or a relaxed coffee break while taking in Casablanca’s coastal atmosphere.
After a lunch break, discover the Habous Quarter, often described as Casablanca’s New Medina. Built during the early twentieth century, the district combines Moroccan architectural traditions with planned streets, arcades, small squares, artisan shops, and local pastry stores. It offers a different perspective on the country’s urban heritage and is a pleasant place to browse traditional products and souvenirs.
Depending on your timing and interests, your driver may also be able to arrange a brief stop at a central landmark, subject to traffic and the day’s schedule. The focus remains on the Hassan II Mosque, the Atlantic Corniche, and the Habous Quarter.
At the end of your visit, relax on the return journey to Marrakech, where you will be dropped off at your accommodation.
