We know plans can change. This policy explains what happens if you need to cancel or change a trip booked with Morocco Tours Marrakech. The exact payment terms for your trip, including any deposit, are always confirmed in writing in your quote before you book.
Day trips and city tours
- 24 hours or more before the start time: free cancellation and a full refund of any amount paid.
- Less than 24 hours before the start time, or no-show: no refund.
Multi-day tours
A deposit may be requested to confirm your booking, as stated in your quote. If you cancel, the following applies to the amounts you have paid:
- 30 days or more before departure: full refund.
- 14 to 29 days before departure: 50% refund.
- Less than 14 days before departure, or no-show: no refund.
Some services, such as specific hotels or special events, may have stricter conditions. If so, we tell you before you book.
How to cancel
Please cancel in writing by email to contact@moroccotoursmarrakech.com or by WhatsApp at +212 666 409 562. The date and time we receive your message is used to calculate any refund. Refunds are made using the original payment method where possible, within 14 days of confirmation.
Changes to your trip
We are happy to change dates, routes or accommodation when possible. Changes depend on availability and may change the price. A change requested by you less than 14 days before a multi-day tour may be treated as a cancellation if we cannot accommodate it.
If we have to cancel or change
Very rarely we may need to change or cancel a trip, for example because of severe weather, a road closure or a safety concern. In that case we offer an alternative of similar value or a full refund of the affected services. We are not responsible for other costs, such as flights or hotels you booked separately.
Travel insurance
We strongly recommend travel insurance that covers cancellation, medical expenses and personal belongings.
