These terms apply to all tours, day trips and services arranged by Morocco Tours Marrakech, based in Marrakech, Morocco (“we”, “us”). By confirming a booking, you agree to these terms. Please read them together with our Cancellation Policy and Privacy Policy.
1. Enquiries and quotes
Sending an enquiry through our website, by email or by WhatsApp does not create a booking. We reply with a written quote describing the itinerary, what is included and the price. Prices depend on the number of travellers, the season and the level of accommodation, and are valid for the period stated in the quote.
2. Booking and payment
A booking is confirmed only when we confirm it to you in writing. A deposit may be requested to confirm multi-day tours; the amount, the balance due date and the accepted payment methods are stated in your quote. If a payment is not received by the agreed date, we may release the booking.
3. What is included
Your quote lists exactly what is included and excluded. Unless stated otherwise, lunches, drinks, entrance fees, local guides at sites, tips and travel insurance are not included.
4. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate details for all travellers, including any medical conditions, dietary needs or mobility limitations relevant to the trip.
- Hold a valid passport and any visa required for Morocco.
- Be ready at the agreed pick-up time and place.
- Follow reasonable instructions from your driver or guide for your safety, and respect local customs and the environment.
5. Itinerary changes
Itineraries are planned with care, but times are approximate. Weather, road conditions, closures or safety concerns may require changes on the day. We will always try to offer the closest alternative. See our Cancellation Policy for cancellations by either party.
6. Third-party services
Some services, such as hotels, desert camps, restaurants and site visits, are provided by independent suppliers. We choose them carefully and are responsible for arranging them as described, but each supplier remains responsible for its own services and premises.
7. Health, safety and activities
Some activities, such as camel rides, walks in the mountains or desert, and long drives, require a reasonable level of fitness. Please tell us before booking if you have any concerns. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
8. Liability
We are responsible for providing the services we have confirmed to you with reasonable skill and care. We are not liable for loss, damage or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as extreme weather, natural events, strikes, government action or public health measures, or by your own actions. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Travel insurance
Travel insurance covering cancellation, medical expenses, repatriation and personal belongings is strongly recommended for all travellers.
10. Complaints
If something is not right during your trip, please tell your driver or guide, or contact us straight away so we can try to fix it. If you remain unhappy, write to us within 30 days of the end of your trip at contact@moroccotoursmarrakech.com.
11. Applicable law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco.
